Challenge

Our task: expedite the client’s product launch and go-to-market strategy for global expansion in less than six weeks. The key challenge was to drive broad awareness and quickly establish trust with employees, partners, and clients.

Partners needed onboarding, management, and promotion to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Clients needed social proof and an understanding of each partner’s key features and benefits, plus a clear grasp of the program’s value proposition to warrant switching from competitors.

Solution

We built a marketing plan and launch strategy including an interactive microsite and partner directory, serving as a go-to resource for their target market. It also drove lead generation for sales teams and partners.

We also created sales training and collateral to educate teams and clients on how partners solved key buyer challenges. Email, social media, and PPC campaigns generated broad awareness and targeted interest.

The content marketing strategy, channel strategy and messaging tied back to our client’s strategic goals for each target audience. Thought leadership content, product demos, research-based insights and use cases were created to tell a consistent story.
